All financing applications are subject to our credit assessment, KYC (Know Your Customer) requirements, and approval processes. We reserve the right to decline any application without disclosing the specific reasons, subject to applicable laws.
Any financing provided by Luminary Mtaji Partners will be governed by a separate, formal Loan or Lease Agreement. The specific terms, including interest rates, repayment schedules, collateral requirements, and fees, will be detailed in that agreement. The information provided on this website, including loan calculators, is for estimation purposes only and does not constitute a binding offer of financing.
Clients are obligated to make timely repayments as outlined in their specific Financing Agreement. Failure to meet repayment obligations may result in late payment penalties, negative reporting to Credit Reference Bureaus (CRBs) in Kenya, and the initiation of asset repossession procedures. In the event of default, Luminary Mtaji Partners reserves the right to take necessary legal action to recover the outstanding debt and associated costs.
For hire purchase or leasing arrangements, Luminary Mtaji Partners retains legal title to the financed asset until all financial obligations are fully settled. The client is responsible for the proper maintenance, servicing, and comprehensive insurance of the asset during the financing term. The insurance policy must note Luminary Mtaji Partners' interest as the financier.
